We are a skill development institute working in step with national skilling schemes to turn training into real, lasting livelihoods.
"At AFM Techno Skill, we are committed to empowering youth and rural communities through industry-relevant skill development programs. In collaboration with government schemes, we deliver certified training, career support, and entrepreneurship opportunities. With a focus on quality, innovation, and impact, we aim to bridge the gap between education and employment — creating a skilled and self-reliant India."
When we started AFM Techno Skill, we saw a simple but urgent gap: thousands of young people in our communities have real potential, but not always access to training that employers actually recognise.
That's the gap we set out to close. Every skill development project we run is built around one question: will this genuinely help someone get hired, or help them build something of their own? We've worked to bring in partners across food service, hospitality, catering, and technology, so training here doesn't end with a certificate — it leads somewhere.
I'm proud of what our trainers and partners have built so far, and even more excited about where we're headed. Whether you're a learner exploring a new career, a parent weighing options for your child, or an organisation looking to partner with us — I'd genuinely like to hear from you.
Thank you for visiting, and for believing, as we do, that the right skill at the right time can change a life.
Training is only the starting point — here's the full path we build with every learner.
Structured, hands-on courses delivered to the standards of DDUGKY, NSDC, FSSAI and other sector schemes.
Guidance and placement assistance that connects trained candidates with real employer partners.
Support for learners who want to start their own venture, not just take up a job.
Every program we run is mapped to a recognised national skilling scheme, so certification carries real weight with employers. We pair that with partnerships across food & hospitality, catering, technology and training, so learners graduate into a network — not just a certificate.
We focus deliberately on youth and rural communities, where access to quality training is often hardest to come by, and where the right skill can change a household's trajectory.
Every batch follows certified curriculum and assessment standards.
Courses stay mapped to what employers are actually hiring for.
Measured in placements and livelihoods, not just attendance.
